Return policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please review the terms below before initiating a return.

Return window

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery of your order. Once this window has closed, we are unable to accept return requests. We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
  • Original tags attached and packaging intact
  • Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us at contactus@convrtgroup.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactus@convrtgroup.com with photos of the item. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
